Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns must be coordinated via email at: anatwegier@gmail.com

• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Custom-made or limited-edition prints are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
